Officers from the Princes Risborough Neighbourhood Team carried out speed checks over the weekend following concerns raised through speed surveys and reports from residents. The operation covered a number of locations, including Bryants Bottom, Cryers Hill, Great Kingshill, Naphill, Princes Risborough, Longwick and Ellesborough. The force said those reported could receive penalty points and a fine, or be offered a driver awareness course. One motorist may also face a driving ban due to the alleged excessive speed involved. A police spokesperson said the neighbourhood team would continue speed enforcement activity across the Risborough area as part of ongoing efforts to improve road safety and respond to community concerns.
