Police responded to the incident on Langside Road, near Queens Park, at around 7.35pm. Officers searched the area and have since arrested and charged a 21-year-old man. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7.35pm on Tuesday, August 4 2026, police received a report of a group of male youths with weapons in the Langside Road area of Glasgow. "He will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal."
