One of the letters to those in the future, from G.A.R.
member Perry Workman was addressed to those who may read it “a hundred years hence.”
It is said that the contents will soon be put on display to the public, likely at the Briggs Lawrence County Public Library, for all to freely see up close.
We look forward to these wonders being shared with the public and commend all who organized last week’s ceremony.
