The proposals would see the new block built between Cumnock Dental Practice and Millbank House, on Mill Bank. Applicants RHL (2021) Limited would build the office space which would be split into three separate spaces, with a bathroom and entrance hall. But the plans outline that this would only seek to be a temporary fixture of up to 10 years. The build would involve scaling back some of the trees planted in the area, and would incorporate additional parking spaces. A decision on the plans is expected to be made by the end of the month.
