Drivers will see delays on Bartholomew County Road 450S starting today as crews work to repair the asphalt. According to the Columbus City Engineer’s office the work is starting today on improvements between Old Lane Drive and County Road 50W. Crews from Milestone Contractors will be doing the work, using cold in-place asphalt recycling treatment. The city says that is “an environmentally friendly and cost‑efficient pavement rehabilitation method that reduces waste and lowers material usage.” Today through Friday crews will be milling the existing pavement.
