Northern Trust has launched APIs for banking services, providing asset servicing institutional banking clients with real-time access and improve services. The APIs give clients automated access to banking data and payment capabilities, including payment instructions, account balance and activity reporting, industry-standard data delivery formats, and reduced manual intervention. NAV Fund Services is the first client to implement the new capabilities in production and is responsible for building the integration technology to bring Northern Trust’s APIs into its platform.
