CancerRecursion’s PI3Kα H1047R inhibitor REC-7735 cleared for clinicRecursion Pharmaceuticals Inc. has disclosed IND clearance for REC-7735, its AI-designed PI3Kα H1047R inhibitor, in its quarterly earnings report. A phase I/II trial for patients with select PIK3CA H1047R-mutant solid tumors will be initiated in the second half of this year.
