The former Brendon House care home in Winchester has been sold to Alfred Homes following a planning campaign that secured consent for eight new homes on the 1.23-acre site.
The sale marks another success for Goadsby’s commercial and land teams, who acted on behalf of The Brendoncare Foundation.

"By working alongside our colleagues in the land department, we were able to create a competitive process that maximised value for our client and secured an excellent outcome for The Brendoncare Foundation."
