The We Are Undefeatable campaign, now launched across Hampshire, aims to help individuals improve their wellbeing through movement.
"In Southampton, there are lots of opportunities to get active, from local walking groups and community activities to tailored support and exercise programmes.
It offers access to activities, practical advice and real-life stories from people in the community who have found ways to stay active despite their health challenges.
