Located at Beechwood Industrial Estate, the 7,000 sq ft development is a joint project between the Welsh Government and Carmarthenshire County Council.
The units are designed to support business growth while keeping environmental impact to a minimum.
The project forms part of the Welsh Government’s Property Delivery Plan and delivers on Carmarthenshire County Council’s Ten Towns Initiative.
Councillor Hazel Evans, Carmarthenshire County Council's cabinet member for regeneration, leisure, culture, and tourism, said: "These high-quality business units are a significant investment in the future of Llandeilo and the wider region.
"We hope it encourages further opportunities for businesses within Carmarthenshire to contribute to major developments across the region."
