Harvey Mitchell, of Bristol, was found in charge of a Ford Transit in a Greggs car park on Heol Waun Saggard in St Clears on February 21. A blood test showed 7 micrograms of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) per litre (µg/L) of blood. He pleaded guilty at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on August 4. Mitchell, of Hawkins Crescent in Bradley Stoke, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85. Adam Burcher appeared for the prosecution, whilst Steve John represented the defendant.
