Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service was called to the River Towy near Carmarthen Train Station at 10.19pm, after receiving reports that someone had entered the water from a nearby bridge. Crews from Carmarthen, Swansea Central, and Pont-iets conducted riverbank searches on foot and used a drone to aid the search. No person was discovered and no reports of a missing person were received by Dyfed-Powys Police.
