As you know, The Mummy franchise is finally making its return. According to Deadline, Oded Fehr and Kevin J. O'Connor are officially returning as Ardeth Bay and Beni Gabor. Joining the returning cast is Numan Acar (Young Sherlock), who has signed on in an undisclosed role. Fehr has also been open over the years about wanting another shot at the role, so seeing him officially return feels like a natural fit. With so many original cast members signing on, it certainly feels like the filmmakers are aiming to recapture the spirit that made the first two films such enduring favorites instead of simply revisiting the title.
