The 2026 Donegal Half Marathon is on course to attract an entry of over 1,000 participants for the second successive year. With over three weeks to go to this year’s race, race director, Brendan McDaid, revealed that there are 930 registered online. We are delighted at the level of interest in this year’s Donegal Half Marathon. “When the Donegal Half Marathon was set up in 2014, the long-term aim was to attract an entry of 1,000. This year’s Donegal Half Marathon takes place in association with Kernans on Sunday, August 30 with an earlier start time of 9 am.
