Prestwich pair admit stealing hundreds of pounds worth of food from M&S

Gary Carroll and Jennifer Size, both of Botha Close, Prestwich, stole £135 worth of groceries from the supermarket on Bury New Road, firstly on February 7 and again on February 24.
Last Friday, July 31, Carroll indicated guilty pleas to the four offences at Manchester Magistrates’ Court.
Size also indicated guilty pleas for the two thefts of £135 of food from M&S in February.
(Image: Anthony Moss)The 48-year-old indicated a guilty plea for another offence of stealing groceries from M&S on February 12, but court documents do not state the value of these.
While on bail, they are not allowed to enter M&S Foodhall or Sainsbury’s on Bury New Road.
