Staff ReportWARSAW – A Warsaw man was arrested after an alleged domestic battery. Franklin Delanor Douglas, 64, 1304 E. Market St., Warsaw, is charged with domestic battery with a prior conviction and strangulation, both level 6 felonies; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor. Upon arrival, Douglas told officers that he did not call them and they could leave. Douglas told officers that he argued with the victim and never hit her. Douglas has a previous conviction of domestic battery in Kosciusko County from 2014.
