The National University Commission (NUC) has approved five new postgraduate programmes for the American University of Nigeria (AUN), Yola, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s ongoing expansion of graduate education. in Economics– Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics– Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Law– Master of Laws (LL.M.) The AUN President, Dr DeWaye Frazier, described the approval as a major milestone in the University’s graduate education journey, adding that it reflects the steady growth of AUN’s postgraduate programmes and their increasing contribution to research and scholarship. According to Dr Frazier, the introduction of the new programmes would broaden the University’s academic impact while meeting the growing demand for advanced education in Law and Economics.
