Addressing the Investors’ Roundtable in Mumbai for the Gwalior Telecom Manufacturing Zone (TMZ), he said the State has earned the confidence of domestic and global investors through clear governance, regulatory reforms and attractive industrial policies.
The Mumbai Investors’ Roundtable achieved investment proposals worth ₹1,550 crore for the Gwalior TMZ, with the potential to create nearly 3,600 jobs.
Electrosystems (₹700 crore), Anant Systems (₹400 crore), Sterlite Technologies (₹200 crore), VNT (₹150 crore) and Tescom (₹100 crore).
AdvertisementHe recounted the 170-acre plug-and-play Gwalior Telecom Manufacturing Zone as India’s first integrated telecom technology ecosystem, bringing together manufacturing, research, design, testing and innovation on a single campus.
Located close to the National Capital Region (NCR), the project is expected to reinforce India’s telecom manufacturing potential while creating remarkable investment and employment opportunities.
