A Braymer woman has been charged in Caldwell County Circuit Court with one count of damage to jail property, a Class E felony, following allegations that she damaged a padded cell inside the Caldwell County Detention Center.
According to court documents, Debra Lynn Arcurio is accused of knowingly damaging a padded jail cell by tearing away a large section of the wall’s outer protective coating.
The charge alleges the damage violated Missouri law governing damage to jail property.
