NET Web DeskIn a major anti-narcotics operation, Namsai District Police arrested two wanted drug suppliers from Changlang District and recovered 24 grams of suspected heroin during a naka checking drive. As per NDPS Act, 1985 norms, the information was documented and intimated to SP Namsai Shri Sangey Thinley, APPS. Diyun, ChanglangFollowing due legal procedure and service of notices under Section 50 of NDPS Act, the vehicle and individuals were searched. An FIR has been registered at Namsai Police Station under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985. The operation was supervised by SP Namsai Sangey Thinley.
