Delivering the welcome and keynote address, MSCW Member Secretary and Additional Director, IPR, W. Phajatombi Devi, MCS, said the programme marked the second phase of capacity-building training for OSC staff under the NCW. She said the initiative aims to further enhance the knowledge and skills of the staff, who are already experienced in providing support services to women. Addressing the participants, MSCW Chairperson Th. Tiningpham Monsang highlighted the critical role played by OSC staff in assisting women and other individuals affected by trauma. Participants from seven districts attended the programme in person, while those from the remaining nine districts joined virtually.
