About the CourseIndia's Intellectual Property ecosystem has witnessed significant reforms through TRIPS-compliant legislation, the National IPR Policy, 2016, and flagship initiatives such as Startup India and Atmanirbhar Bharat. At the same time, emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), synthetic media, blockchain, and digital innovation are rapidly transforming the nature of Intellectual Property rights and enforcement. The discussions are intended to culminate in practical policy recommendations for strengthening India's Intellectual Property ecosystem.
