This notification shall be effective subject to the conditions that ‘Noida Special Economic Zone Authority –i. shall not engage in any commercial activity;ii. shall file return of income in accordance with the provision of section 263(9)(c)(xiii) of the said Act, 2025; andiii. activities and the nature of the specified income shall remain unchanged throughout the tax years.
