AdvertisementNotification Schedule III (Table Sl No 36) read with Section 11 of the Income Tax Act, 2025 (30 of 2025) in the case of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination CommitteeThe Central Board of Direct Taxes, through Notification No. 110/2026-Income Tax dated 4 August 2026, notified the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (PAN: AAAGO0158G), established by the Government of Odisha, for the purposes of Schedule III [Table: Sl. 36] read with Section 11 of the Income-tax Act, 2025. The notification covers specified income comprising examination fees collected from candidates, counselling and application processing fees, and interest on bank deposits. This notification shall be applicable for tax years 2026-27 to 2029-30.
