Congestion in parts of Hereford could fall by up to 25% once the Hereford bypass is up and running, the council has said. Herefordshire Council decided to publish its business case document ahead of work starting on the route, which will link the A49 and A465 south of the city. The business case - which has been published by an infrastructure consultancy called AECOM - runs to 30 pages.
