A mixture of detached and semi-detached houses have been proposed for the one-acre site at Emneth, near Wisbech. A planning statements says the development off Lady's Drove would help meet local housing needs while maintaining the area’s character. It adds the site is "well integrated into its surroundings" and within walking distance of the village primary school, community hall, shop and pub. A new access road would be built off Lady's Drove. The site is described in planning papers as being at low risk from flooding.
