Traffic is flowing at the intersection of Williamson and Baldwin as of Wednesday morning.
The City of Madison sent crews at 5 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, to break up the encampment that formed after Corey Ruiz was shot and killed by an officer July 22.
At the intersection of Willy and Baldwin, Alan Robinson found hundreds of city workers.
She says the Madison city attorney is obstructing her office's investigation into Ruiz's death.
"Nobody's looking for a lawsuit, but obviously I know how to do that," said William Sulton, attorney representing the Madison independent police monitor.
