Spider Island is directed by British genre filmmaker Chris Smith (aka Christopher Smith), director of the movies Creep, Severance, Triangle, Black Death, Get Santa, Detour, The Banishing, and Consecration most recently. The script is written by Christopher Jolley, David Quantick, Christopher Smith. Smith's Spider Island horror movie will then open in select US theaters starting August 28th, 2026 coming up.
