Arctic, a well-known manufacturer of PC air and water coolers, has made a commitment to use the tariff refunds it received from the US government to lower the price of its products. Arctic is cutting the prices of its entire product line-up, not just the items initially affected by the tariffs. Affected companies have since submitted requests for refunds, and Nintendo went a step further and sued the Trump administration. Many have called on companies to offer refunds to consumers, and there are currently multiple lawsuits filed against both Nintendo and Sony in this regard. Nintendo recently responded to one such lawsuit, claiming it has no obligation to to pass tariff refunds onto customers, while Sony is set to respond to recently-consolidated similar lawsuits later this month.
