Law firm Latham & Watkins has relocated its London office to One Leadenhall, taking 20 floors of BGRE's City of London scheme. The firm’s new, expanded space spans around 300,000 sq ft, making it one of the largest legal lettings in recent years, and will support the continued growth of its London office. The lease marks Latham & Watkins first office move since setting up in London in 1990. It has relocated from 99 Bishopsgate, another BGRE property, doubling its London office footprint by around 50%. Latham & Watkins said its new space features a variety of flexible meeting and event spaces, modern collaboration hubs, technology-enabled workspaces and wellbeing facilities.
