New plans for the structure at 401 Meikle Avenue include a six-storey structure housing 25 units. Previous plans provided to the planning department in April of 2024 called for 24 rental units within the six-storey building. The new plans offer 20 two-bedroom and five three-bedroom units with parking for 18 vehicles and a designated car share vehicle for residents' use plus three visitor stalls. The developer will also provide payment of $1,500 per unit toward the transit eco-pass for new development program.
