Over the past few weeks, it has been a pleasure to attend both the Border Union Show in Kelso and the Duns Show. Once again, it was clear why people in our rural communities look forward to these events so much. They are wonderful days out for families, bringing together people from towns, villages and farming communities to celebrate the very best of the Borders. The Border Union Show and Duns Show provide a fantastic opportunity to showcase the innovation and resilience of our farming community. The success of both shows is a reminder that agriculture remains one of the Borders' greatest strengths.
