Newtown and Eildon Community Council came together for the first time on Tuesday (August 4). And a focus was placed on making sure residents in Eildon felt represented by their local community council. “It would bring Eildon into Newtown and bring the community together.” Newtown and Eildon Community Council meets every two months, on the first Tuesday of the month. The next meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 6 at Newtown Community Wing.
