Two individuals were arrested in Atchison, Kansas, over the weekend. Paul Surber, 55, was arrested for driving without a license and found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Heather Abernathy, 35, was taken into custody on a Community Corrections detain order and found with synthetic marijuana. Both individuals were booked into the Atchison County Jail following their arrests.
