Gwent Police confirmed Riley, who was last seen around 1.30pm on Monday, August 3, in the Pontnewydd area, is now safely located. He was described as white, around 5’1”, with slim-build, auburn hair which is long on top and short on the sides. He was last known to be wearing black joggers, a blue top and wearing a black 'Salette' hat, and he was known to have links to Pontypool. In a statement, Gwent Police said: "Gwent Police recently appealed for information to locate Riley, from Cwmbran, who had been reported as missing. Thanks for sharing our appeal".
