Walkers will make their way to Cardiff Arms Park as part of their aim to raise £300,000 to fund six specialist nurses across Wales. Alongside the walk, a free PSA blood testing event will take place in Newport on August 8, offering men the opportunity to check for early signs of prostate cancer. Tina Tew, of Prostate Cymru, said: "All men over 50 are entitled to a free PSA test from their GP. "The evidence tells us that if we could make it easier for men to get tested, more men would welcome a test. The Walk of Wales began in Cardiff on June 27, covering 44 days and raising awareness of prostate cancer across the country.
