LOUM Tchaouna scored his first Coventry City goal as the Sky Blues drew 1-1 with West Bromwich Albion in a behind-closed-doors friendly. Tchaouna but Coventry ahead at the Hawthorns against the Championship side only for Jimmy-Jay Morgan to draw the Baggies level. Coventry went close early on as Raphael Borges Rodrigues skipped into the penalty area and saw his shot saved by West Brom goalkeeper Max O’Leary. The Sky Blues almost won the game late on as Brandon Thomas-Asante hit the post while Miguel Angel Brau’s deflected effort hit the side netting as the friendly ended all square. Coventry are next in action against La Liga side Espanyol on Saturday, August 8 with kick-off at 5.30pm at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
