Crews from Ely and Littleport were called to the blaze on Eagles Lane in Little Downham at 6pm on Friday (July 31). Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and cleared the smoke using a positive pressure ventilation fan. A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue service said: "Sadly, a casualty died at the scene. Have you got a story you want to share?
