Premier Inn owner Whitbread has confirmed final trading days for all its branded restaurants in a major overhaul. Other brands including Bar + Block, Table Table and Cookhouse + Pub will close on September 3. The chains will be replaced with restaurants inside Premier Inn hotels, which Whitbread said was more efficient. Cambridgeshire is also home to two Brewers Fayre restaurants, the Brampton Hut restaurant in Huntingdon and the Hampton restaurant in Peterborough, but neither have confirmed a closing date yet. The Ormonde Table Table in Newmarket has not announced a closing date yet either.
