ProCam appoints Andrew Cromie to lead crop nutrition across the UK

He spent eight years working as an agronomist, advising farmers and growers, before moving to Unium Bioscience, where he spent four years specialising in crop nutrition, biostimulants and biological products.
He said the combination of practical field experience and technical expertise would help him support ProCam's crop nutrition strategy.
Based in Cambridgeshire, Andrew will work alongside ProCam's nationwide agronomy team and supplier network to develop technical guidance and support growers with nutrition programmes tailored to changing on-farm needs.
Cromie added: "The crop nutrition sector is facing global volatility that determines our input prices, weather events severely impacting yields, and shifting environmental targets.
"Growers need nutrition solutions that deliver a tangible return on investment while supporting long term crop and soil resilience."
