Working on The End of Oak Street made actor Christian Convery realize David Robert Mitchell was “meant to direct a movie like this.” “If you see It Follows,” the Frankenstein actor added, “you'll understand why David was meant to direct a movie like [Oak Street].” “I think David really mastered trepidation,” he said, “the way that he collaborated with our cinematographer [Mike Gioulakis] to create some of the shots. Once moviegoers finally get their eyes on Oak Street, Convery is excited to see how they react. The End of Oak Street hits theaters on Aug. 14.
