Referred to as the ‘Halo Model’, the grinder will serve as Macap’s technology showcase, combining a range of features to address operational challenges faced by cafés, roasters, and multi-site coffee businesses the company has identified. Macap Head of Sales & Marketing Denis Girardi has labelled the grinder Macap’s “most advanced” to date. Beyond grinding performance, Macap says serviceability and maintenance have played a central role in the grinder’s development. The machine will also feature a new human-machine interface (HMI) that allows users to configure multiple operating parameters and tailor grinder settings to specific workflows and coffee programmes.
