Australia's premier processing and packaging exhibition, APPEX 2027 is set to return to Melbourne, taking over the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 16–19 March 2027. Held once every three years, APPEX has established itself as Australia’s leading event for processing, packaging and manufacturing professionals. Run by the industry, for the industry, APPEX 2027 will showcase the latest advancements in processing and packaging technology, automation, robotics, materials, machinery, logistics and industry services.
