NewsBy Lauren BowesHarrison Ginsberg has left Kent Hospitality Group, which operates Overstory in New York, after eight years with the business. Ginsberg oversaw the drinks programme at both Overstory and the group’s Saga and Crown Shy restaurants. Overstory opened in August 2021, with Ginsberg in charge from its launch. Prior to joining Kent Hospitality Group, he was a bartender at The Dead Rabbit and BlackTail. Posting on Instagram, Ginsberg said: “After eight unforgettable years, I’m leaving Overstory and Kent Hospitality Group.
