On the site’s upper floors, guests will experience an immersive telling of the Never Say Die brand story, before entering a tasting room outfitted in limestone and oak with a table in the shape of a horse racing track. The guest experience continues in a ‘barrel room styled on a traditional Kentucky rickhouse’ where visitors can bottle their own exclusive Never Say Die Double Ocean Bourbon. Never Say Die Double Ocean Bourbon comprises casks that have returned to Kentucky following a year’s maturation in England.
