Some of you may wake up to a bit of light rain out there this morning, though not everyone will see this rain, and it certainly will not last all morning. The best chance of seeing rain will be across North Iowa. We’ve been tracking much drier air moving into our area since yesterday, and that trend will continue to today on the heels of light northwesterly winds. Once we get into the afternoon, high pressure should really start to take hold, clearing the skies and keeping them fairly clear through Thursday. Given this stagnant air, areas of fog will be possible both Thursday and Friday mornings, especially across North Iowa.
