The City of Alliance is seeking written quotes from qualified tire haulers and recyclers for a proposed Tire Amnesty Event planned for April 2027. The City is requesting pricing for loading, hauling, processing, recycling, beneficial reuse, or disposal of tires collected during the event. Because the number of tires is not yet known, vendors may submit pricing based on their standard unit of measure, such as per tire, passenger tire equivalent, ton, or trailer load.
