Two Rescued from Rocks at Bandon by Southern Oregon US Coast Guard Crew, PolicePublished 08/03/2026 at 8:55 p.m.By Oregon Coast Beach Connection Staff(Bandon, Oregon) – Early Monday (today), the US Coast Guard rescued two people after their boat began taking on water near the Coquille River South Jetty in Bandon.
The south Oregon coast has been fairly calm lately, when it comes to rescues and incidents.
In the video – which does not have sound – you see the slow descent of at least one rescuer down to the rocks of the south Oregon coast river.
