A man has been sentenced after being convicted of second-degree murder for his role in killing a man in St. Paul in 2024 at Dale Street Station.
Markus Antwon Jennings, 24, pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting second-degree murder and was sentenced to 418 months (34.8 years) in prison.
Officers who responded to the shooting said Ewing was found with multiple gunshot injuries on a train platform at Dale Street and University Avenue.
The group allegedly began to confront Ewing, with court documents claiming the suspect’s group was pulling up their pants “like they wanted to fight.”
When the train arrived at the Dale Street station, the witness said the shooting began, resulting in Ewing being killed.
