To have so many of them produce personal best performances was fantastic. Amaya Davis opened Pacers’ medal account after earning silver in the 13-14 girls triple jump with a leap of 10.64 metres. Nico Simmons won silver in the 9-10 boys 100 metres with a personal best time of 13.26sec and also in the 200 metres in a personal best time of 27.79 sec. In all, Pacers athletes achieved seven personal best, with four narrowly missing out on the podium after finishing fourth in their respective events.
